the city recreation department supports community center , recreation center along system of 24 parks. warren symphony orchestra gives several concerts per season. in 2003 city built brand new community center old warren high school was.


universal mall, enclosed shopping mall, built in city in 1965. in 2009, demolished new outdoor shopping center.


the italian american cultural society (iacs) had been located in warren 20-year period. in 2004 moved current location in clinton township. previous location sold charter school in july 2004.
