the austrian firm of böhler designed , manufactured gun. in 1930s italy bought of these guns böhler, , began produce weapon under license, continuing development. cannone da 47/32 m35 main armament in m13/40 medium tank, m14/41 medium tank, , experimentally on ab 41 armored car (see photograph), , 47/32 self-propelled gun.


the 47/32 built in 2 versions, first semi-pneumatic disk wheels, , second (in 1939, name 47/32 mod. 39) improved barrel , suspension (in series light-alloy wheels semi-pneumatic tires). tow piece, fiat-oci 708 cm tractor , l3 tankette used, these projects abandoned gun subjected breaking @ axles spindles , shanks. due shape, 47/32 commonly called elefantino (little elephant) troops.
