his debut single, waiting outside lines , released itunes on october 26, 2010. released digitally in uk on december 9. single contained remix featuring filipina singer charice, studio versions of covers of lady gaga s paparazzi , fire augustana. throughout december, chance appeared @ day 2010 in downtown toronto @ air canada centre, performed latter, , visited both paris , london, appearing on local radio stations , giving private concerts in both cities. on february 5, 2011, greyson chance entered national spotlight again appearance/performance of waiting outside lines on cbs s show, while stopping through new york on miranda cosgrove s dancing crazy tour. started waiting 4u tour australian pop/r&b singer cody simpson on april 9 in ivins, utah. tour ended on may 18, 2011, in portland, oregon.


on may 17, 2011, second single, unfriend , released itunes and, on may 23, greyson visited ellen degeneres show premiere single. after performance, greyson revealed solid release date upcoming debut album, hold on til night, released on august 2, 2011. music video features cameo victorious star ariana grande.


on september 15, again appeared on ellen degeneres show talk album, , revealed had taken first steps acting, portraying younger version of jimmy chance, protagonist of fox s comedy raising hope, in series second-season premiere. episode aired on september 20, 2011.


in november 2011, greyson undertook tour of southeast asia promote album, had been released in region. tour started in kuala lumpur, malaysia, in addition showcase performance invited perform @ malaysian music industry awards show (the first foreign artist invited since 1999) malaysia youtube sensation, najwa latif, greyson gave performances in singapore; kota kinabalu (borneo, malaysia); manila, philippines; , jakarta, indonesia.


in march 2012, greyson returned asia support release of special edition of album, released asian market on march 20. accompanied full four-part band , gave full concert performances in kuala lumpur, singapore, jakarta, , manila, before going on without band on promotional tour taiwan, hong kong, , bangkok, thailand. in july, in region promotional , tv appearances in hong kong , changsha (hunan province, china). in august, performed @ mtv-cctv mandarin music awards show in beijing , won award popular new international artist of year.


in november 2012, after releasing new ep, truth told part 1, again returned asia promo tour starting in kota kinabalu (borneo, malaysia) kuala lumpur, malaysia, singapore , manila, philippines.
