2016–17 season: loan empoli

he sent on loan serie club empoli seson-long loan deal.on 28 august made debut empoli in serie in 2-0 away defeat agaist udinese, replaced marco zambelli in 69th minute.on 29 november, dimarco in fourth round of coppa italia in match loss 2-1 in time agaist cesena.he finish season-long loan empoli 13 apparences, empoli relegated in serie b.
