in 2010 unranked hornet men’s soccer team made ncaa division iii national championship game, before losing messiah college.


on december 6, 2014, lynchburg college s women s soccer team claimed college s first ever national championship defeating williams college 0-0 on penalty kicks (4-3). in 2011, women s soccer won odac fell in ncaa tournament.
