to appeal constitutional court annulment of provisions or entirety of laws, decrees having force of law, , rules of procedure of parliament on grounds unconstitutional in form or in content,
to call new elections parliament , presidency
to deliver budget tbmm budget commission
executive functions
to appoint , dismiss ministers
to appoint vice president
to accredit representatives of turkish state foreign states, , receive representatives of foreign states appointed republic of turkey,
to ratify , promulgate international treaties,
to represent supreme military command of turkish armed forces on behalf of turkish grand national assembly,
to decide on mobilization of turkish armed forces,
to appoint chief of general staff,
to call national security council meet,
