towards northwest end of mezzanine, single extra-wide staircase each platform goes crossover, turnstile bank leads main fare control area. there token booth , 2 street stairs, 1 northwest corner of 63rd drive , queens boulevard , other south side of queens boulevard near intersection.


on southeast side of mezzanine, high entry-exit turnstiles either outer section lead un-staffed fare control area, 1 street stair goes northwest corner of 64th avenue , queens boulevard while other goes south side of queens boulevard near intersection 64th road. mezzanine has mosaic directional signs in white lettering on teal border. center section connects 2 fare control areas, provides no crossover.


on extreme northwest (railroad south) end of platforms, high turnstiles lead single staircase goes either western corners of 63rd road , queens boulevard, northwest 1 manhattan-bound platform , southwest 1 forest hills-bound platform.
