the f-line fleet includes fleet of pre-pcc vintage cars built between 1895 , 1924 use in san francisco. 3 passenger cars built muni itself, , further 2 independent market street railway company ran competing streetcar services in san francisco until acquired muni in 1944. final car works flat car, built muni in 1916 , used hauling rails, ties, , other materials needed maintain streetcar system.
