short stories

a 31-pages one-shot short story titled abashiri ikka: goemon seijin (あばしり一家 ゴエモン星人) published in akita shoten s play comic in april 14, 1977 (1977-04-14). has since been included in compilations last story.

the short crossover story titled cutie honey vs abashiri ikka (キューティーハニーvsあばしり一家) published in akita shoten s magazine weekly shōnen champion in april 16, 2009 (2009-04-16) (#20) , april 23, 2009 (2009-04-23) (#21+22). title implies, characters of both series interact each other , relationship of daemon both series central plot. one-shot published part of 40th anniversary of magazine, same both series published. has been compiled in tankōbon shukan shōnen champion 40th sokan: 40 shunen kinen tokubetsu henshu (週刊少年チャンピオン40th 創刊40周年記念特別編集), published in february 8, 2010 (2010-02-08) akita shoten isbn 978-4-253-10200-1.

plot

the 4 abashiri prepare rob large bank last work. bank, however, in reality trap police, ready expend every necessary resource end abashiri. although apparently cornered, abashiri overwhelm police , kill or badly injure several of policemen. use power destroy large part of loot.

after return home, daemon informs them reason behind retirement. kikunosuke, whom rest brothers considered boy, girl. generations abashiri believed have been cursed because no female child had been in family until arrival of kikunosuke. prompts mother request daemon stop criminal activities of family after kikunosuke reaches age. brothers surprised revelation , lecherous goemon takes special interest in sister. daemon intends send private school can become proper lady. although kikunosuke refuses, daemon tricks saying try , forces go, under identity of shiratori.

the paradise school, however, turns out criminal school students have fight survival. strength, manages overcome teachers. @ same time, brother goemon fixated seeing naked decides secretly @ new school. kikunosuke able make new friend, yukiko, girl, who, unlike kikunosuke, defenseless against teachers , other students.

for standing against teachers, 1 of them plans kill kikunosuke kills him. s able recognize true identity , pass message among other teachers. runs rescue yukiko, realizes won t able beat teachers herself , ask help. of leader of students, revolt formed , school director orders kill them all.

daemon realizes danger in kikunosuke , sons goes save her. meanwhile, goemon manages arrive school find yukiko captive , himself caught. students , kikunosuke (despite being injured) fight opposition , despite losing several students, holding on. s revealed student s leader has been preparing take school himself. rest of abashiri enter fight , daemon recognizes true identity of director, danjuro namakubi, whom has fought 2 times in past. director able defeat naojiro. point, students leader has betrayed kikunosuke , uses goemon , yukiko hostages in order subdue her. daemon able kill director, has surrender students leader because holds kikunosuke , goemon while killing yukiko, tried free kikunosuke.

as abashiri executed, remaining abashiri, kichiza, enters abruptly , special explosive costume manages kill of leader s gang , free kikunosuke, leaves alive leader in order let kikunosuke deal him. enraged kikunosuke shows no mercy , uses powerful technique, abashiri 8 god attack, kills leader in painful way. experience lived makes kikunosuke cry , daemon consoles her.

years later, , old daemon shown watching grandson (named kikunosuke) practice abashiri 8 god attack while mother, kikunosuke arrives, being normal woman , fulfilling daemon s wish of having peaceful normal live.

the ova released part of studio pierrot s video magazine show anime v comic rentaman (アニメ・v・コミック　レンタマン) along yumemakura baku twilight gekijo, eguchi hisashi no kotobuki goro show , akai hayate. rentaman experimental concept consisted of these anime divided in episodic short serials. reason, running time of each episode varies greatly. rentaman released on vhs format , published under nextart label (pony canyon).
