the cathedral s choir directed ashley grote master of music. choir consists of boys, girls , men. boys of choir hold places around sixteen boys aged 7 thirteen years. boys attend norwich school , lower school located in cathedral s close, @ least 50% of fees being paid norwich cathedral endowment fund. men of choir, boys sing @ 5 services week , more during special times of year such easter , christmas. there twelve men of choir, 6 of them being choral scholars (usually music students university of east anglia). men of choir sing boys choir , fortnightly girls choir @ evensong on tuesdays. men sing evensong on thursdays themselves.
